Policies

When we uncovered the extensive process of obtaining and installing code-compliant custom handrails, the vision for Promenaid was born. Our modular components, produced and readily available for direct distribution from Dorval, QC, ensure swift access to code-compliant handrails for everyone, aligning with our belief that accessibility should be accessible.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders journey from our warehouses in Champlain, NY, or Montreal, QC, primarily using FedEx services. FedEx doesn’t deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address when placing your order.

Processing is completed within 24 – 48 business hours for orders received before 12 pm EST, aligning with FedEx’s schedule.

In the unlikely event of a shipping issue, reach out within 5 business days. We’ll promptly address the matter at no additional cost. Your photos of the damaged shipment are invaluable, so thank you in advance for sending them!

RATES & TRANSIT TIMES

Ground shipping typically takes 1 – 7 business days in the US or Canada, with rates determined during checkout and expedited options available.

For locations outside the US or Canada, please reach out for details on rates and transit times.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

For damaged items, refer to the “shipping and handling” section above.

Promenaid railing components are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for five years after purchase, with liability limited to replacement. Reach out with photos if you’re experiencing any issues.

Non-defective merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition. After 30 days, all sales are final. To start a return, chat with our bot in the bottom right corner. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend adding insurance to protect against loss or theft. Expect a credit for your return within 14 days of us receiving the merchandise.
